Message	part in the entire center section is new and not that it is neccessarily purchased as a complete unit new. We do not refurb any of the parts other than end housings which obviously don't wear out. Unlike most Z32 turbo suppliers our builder NEVER reuses a bearing housing. Bearing housings can be remanufactured but we do not take that chances with that. The reason so many people have problems with Z32 turbo "rebuilds" is because of suppliers taking the cheap way out and to reusing the bearing housings. We've been down that road in the past and I'm convinced it is a bad idea seeing how uncommon problems are now.
